Site Design and Ease of Navigation Comments

There is special about the design, but the colors may seem too vivid. The front page is refreshed about every minute, which is annoying. Still, this can be explained by the constant upload of fresh news.
Becides, the sections on top of the page which must show subsections when being pointed at do not always show them. It is not convenient at all, because you have to go to the summary page first and choose a sub-section only after that.
